Climate change stands as one of the most urgent, intersectoral, complex, and challenging global problems of our time. While scholars across disciplines work to scrutinize potential solutions for climate mitigation and adaptation, this project contributes from a legal theory perspective by examining a crucial piece of the climate change puzzle: Climate Law.
